Any member or guest that does not abide by schedules, rules, and regulations or attempts to physically or verbally intimidate staff will have an incident report completed on them by a YMCA staff member. The member or guest will receive a copy of the incident report with a letter stating that upon receiving a second incident report they will have their membership cancelled permanently. Some incidents may warrant an immediate cancellation of membership.
